I've seen many of the ladies with Seattle Rose and I'm sure if you call back and speak with Rose everything will be cleared up.  I'm surprised you did not receive an apology.  Rose is extremely customer service oriented and there must be something amiss for this to happen to you.  Please call Rose again and speak with her and tell her your concerns.
